im really enjoying watching videos about d series i want to build one but i dont know how no shops availble i just wanna ask if their is any thing related to electricity that need to be look after will building those engines besides the ecu tuning or changing injectors 🤔

I got the power steering fittings on wrong too when I did my swap a few days ago. The wheel went nuts when I was trying to bleed the system.

Hey Tristan mate, seeing as you running E85. Maybe the 4 piston racing chain guides would have been more ideal then OEM. As 4p has discovered, E85 eats at the OEM material.

Interesting to see supertech going down the beehive route because Kelfords has been doing them for like 5 years plus. Also use cable ties to hold the valves in as a backup.

Hey Tristan, you don't need compressed air when changing valve springs. Just make sure its at TDC on the cylinder that you are changing the spring on. The valve will drop a little bit but it will be okay.

Integra gsi and vtir used 262mm rotors If you plan on upgrading to 282mm you need front calipers from a intrgra type r, crv or prelude

i have PLM headers that look pretty similar to those. I think a good tip is to put exhaust cement in the slip joins to absolutely seal it up. I suppose welding it does the same though

Credit to you Tristan. I literally did a similar thing just last week although didnt drop a valve. I did however lose one of the keepers - luckily found it after much panic! Engine looks epic.

She's gonna rip. Well done bro. I will reccomend a rrc crank pulley at minimum if you dont want to put money into a fluidampr or ati damper.. they are smaller too so will be underdriven for all your accessories. You may not need the alternator one
